Brewed to Give
Bristol Pubs Serving Pints With Purpose
Walk into a great pub and you feel it straight away. It’s not the hum of conversation, the tapestry of posters and artwork, or the line-up of local beers. It’s the sense that this place really matters - to the regulars and the families living round the corner. Grab yourself a beer whilst we explore four pubs holding their communities together.
Celebrating International Women’s Day with BBF
International Women’s Day hits different in Bristol. It’s a reminder to show up, speak up, and shape a city that belongs to all of us. Team BBF are marking it with Cowgirl Supernova - a 5% Kölsch brewed by the women of BBF, with purpose and serious main-character energy. Pour it fresh. Be the movement.

BRISTOL, TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER
Brewed to Give has never been a solo effort - from every customer buying a pint, every pub ordering in BBF, every community running an event and every charity partner holding up our city. Read how we are stronger together...
FRESH PINTS AND FRANK WORDS WITH ST WERBURGHS CITY FARM
Join us for the first in a series of conversations where we pour a pint, fresh from the tap, and lift the lid on some of our city’s greatest charities. To kick us off, we caught up with the Director of St Werburghs City Farm, to find out about the Farm, the state of the charity sector and how our pints are trailblazing what business support could look like.
REDCATCH: WHERE COMMUNITY IS GROWING
To team BBF, COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING – and we think you’d be hard pushed to find a better example than at REDCATCH COMMUNITY GARDEN. Grab your favourite BBF pint and join us for a metaphorical stroll through the flower beds as we explore what the Garden is and how our world-class beer is helping to RAISE UP Redcatch.
HALF A MILLION REASONS TO CELEBRATE
By getting that last round in, you have helped us raise over £500,000 for community groups across the city. If you didn’t know about Brewed to Give and how our pints are powering change, sit back and be prepared to applaud yourself.
MORE THAN A SUMMER JOB
A career in hospitality is as diverse as they come. For many, it starts with an entry-level bar or KP role, but as our team demonstrates, this can lead to careers in e-commerce, events, communications and marketing to the MD of a brewery. Jump in and find out how we are supporting young people take their first steps into hospitality. It’s going to be one wild ride.
STANDING UP FOR OUR CITY
Since May 2023, we have given £182,500 to 250 charities, helping them flip this into £450,000 to fund activities that connect people and uplift communities across the city. What’s next for Brewed to Give?
INVITING EVERYONE TO THE TABLE
Join us as we look back at four pioneering food projects BREWED TO GIVE supported during 2024, striving to ensure everyone in our city has access to fresh, affordable and healthy food.
