For next day delivery, please place your order before 12pm (midday). Leave a note at checkout if you would like delivery on or by a certain day.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed; please allow 1-2 days for the courier to collect and deliver, especially during busy times.
We use APC Priority Express as standard, covering all of the UK (except NI and Isle of Man). They use electric bikes and vehicles where possible in and around Bristol.
If you would like your delivery left in a safe place, click the link in the email from APC once the parcel is out for delivery. You can also nominate your safe place here.
Extra charges may apply to some addresses, e.g Isle of Wight and other offshore areas.
COLLECTION

You can collect your online order from the BBF Tap Room on North Street in Southville during our opening hours (check the Tap Room page for current timings).
Orders are usually ready to be collected right away, with the exception of bag-in-boxes and some mini tins which may be made to order.
It’s best to wait for your 'order ready for collection' email. If you need your beer in a hurry, pop us a call on 0117 902 6317 or 0117 947 1298.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
We dispatch orders the same working day, after each subscription payment is automatically processed. You can now choose Nationwide or Local Delivery, or even collection, for all subscriptions, the same as normal orders. To change your subscription settings, please email shop@bristolbeerfactory.co.uk
BAG-IN-BOXES / FIRKINS
- COLLECT IN PERSON (recommended, ideally on the day it will be drank)
- FREE delivery on BBF transport to Bristol postcodes. We may be able to deliver your bag-in-box to some areas beyond Bristol, e.g Bath, Stroud, Taunton.
Bag-in-boxes are made up to order in the brewery; please consider we need 2-3 working days notice to prepare the beer before collection or delivery. The beer is best consumed as fresh as possible, so leave a note with the date you would like the beer for. We will plan your delivery or collection accordingly.
If you would like more than 20L, we recommend a full 72-pint firkin. It's easy! To arrange, please contact us via shop@bristolbeerfactory.co.uk
Firkins and bag-in-boxes are not available for UK-wide courier delivery due to the delicate nature of the item.
