CLICK AND COLLECT IS CHANGING
From Monday 10th August, we no longer offer ‘click and collect’ for online orders.
Why is this? Our regular customers have told us that popping into the Tap Room and buying in person is easier than pre-ordering for click and collect. No need to wait for that ‘order ready to collect’ email!
Open every day, our Tap Room always the freshest and newest beers on the shelf, ready for you to make your own mixed cases. It is often cheaper, too, with exclusive offers and a BBF rewards app.
Big event coming up? Bag-in-boxes and other 'made to order' beers like kegs and bright casks will still be available to order and collect. Perfect for weddings and parties. Email sales@bristolbeerfactory.co.uk.
*NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We send all orders via APC's Next Working Day service.
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays - are dispatched the same day, to be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm (midday) will be dispatched the next working day.
Next day delivery is not guaranteed; please allow 1-2 working days for the courier to collect and deliver, especially during busy periods. Please leave a note at checkout if you need delivery on or by a certain day and we will try to accommodate.
APC Priority Express
APC deliver to all of the UK (except NI and Isle of Man). Extra charges and/or longer delivery times may apply to some addresses such as offshore and the Isle of Wight.
APC deliver before 4pm and use electric bikes and vehicles where possible in local areas.
If you would like your delivery left in a safe place, click the link in the email from APC once the parcel is out for delivery. You can also nominate your safe place here.
BANK HOLIDAY BEERS
Need beers for the August Bank Holiday? Order by 12pm on Thursday 27th August for delivery by Friday 28th August.
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday 27th August will arrive after the Bank Holiday weekend. Please allow extra time for deliveries after Bank Holiday Monday as the courier will be busy.
Letf it late? Pop by our Tap Room for fresh and fully stocked beers.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
We dispatch orders the same working day, after each subscription payment is automatically processed.
You can now choose Nationwide or Local Delivery, for all subscriptions, the same as normal orders. To change your subscription settings, please email shop@bristolbeerfactory.co.uk
Cask beer & 36 pint boxes - FRESH IS BEST!
COLLECT IN PERSON - recommended, ideally on the day it will be drunk.
FREE BBF TRANSPORT TO BRISTOL POSTCODES - if you live in Bristol, we can deliver cask beer and bag-in-box orders on our own transport. For areas beyond Bristol please email shop@bristolbeerfactory.co.uk to discuss areas.
Please note we need 2-3 working days notice to prepare 'bright' cask beer before collection or delivery. The beer is best consumed as fresh as possible, so leave the date you would like the beer for in the 'special instructions' at checkout and we will plan your delivery or collection accordingly.
If you would like more than a 36 pint box, we recommend ordering a full 72-pint cask. It's easy! To arrange, please contact us.
Casks and 36 pint boxes are not available for UK-wide courier delivery due to the delicate nature of the item.
RETURNS
Undamaged items can be returned to the BBF Tap Room and refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. If anything is broken in transit you have the right to refuse delivery, alternatively please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Refunds will be made to your original method of payment as soon as you let us know but please allow 5-10 working days to receive your refund. Beer tours and tastings are non-refundable.
