US Idaho Gem takes the lead with a deep pine and redcurrant base, then the classic Notorious line-up boosts this into the Session IPA sphere with OG Cascade and Chinook's grapefruit citrus.

Five malts maintain this depth with solid biscuit base and setting up a perfect gold pint.
