A classic Australian hop that brings the Aussie floral/citrus then swings hard with grapefruit and star anise notes. The malt bill provides a paler than pale base, a combo of Super Pale and Europils sets up for a crisp and smooth mouthfeel with Caragold and Torrified Barley bringing the condition that cask dreams are made of.
A session classic in the making.
