Over The Falls is a classic blonde amplified by both the German orange hero hop Mandarina Bavaria and KVEIK yeast.
Kveik is a Norwegian yeast that, a little like Belgian yeast, can be used as more of the star flavour profile. Get ready for a crisp pale and super refreshing orangey pint.
