PACIFIC SESSION PALE | MOUTERE | RAKAU | ENIGMA - 4.2% ABV
Moutere is a New Zealand hop that blew us away on first use in this beer in 2019 and we’ve been seeking out a new crop ever since. Moutere brings citrus and pine flavours with a soft but well-structured bitterness. We’ve teamed it up with Rakau, a stand-out hop with intense aromas and a fresh stone fruitiness, and Enigma, holding flavours of red berry and tropical fruit.
This sessionable pale has a solid malt bill giving it body to counteract the high alpha hops.
