The Tobacco Factory is widely regarded as one of the most important hubs for the Bedminster and Southville communities. The solid, industrial interior of the large, contemporary Cafe Bar reflects the building's history, and together with the music and lighting and its young friendly staff, it has a great, welcoming atmosphere where nobody feels out of place. The honest, open kitchen serves healthy Mediterranean inspired food.

There are also two outdoor areas - the covered Terrace and the open air Yard - which get the afternoon sun in the summer. The outdoor bar on the Terrace is open for special events in the summer months.

Sunday Market

Every Sunday from 10am to 2.30pm

Visit the thriving community market, with around 40 food and craft stalls, featuring a carefully selected range of produce, prepared, harvested, cooked, baked, designed and made in the local area. There is a strong emphasis on ethical, eco-friendly, fair trade, organic and local products, making the market the ideal setting to meet the producers themselves, chat with them and ask questions.
