BLOOD ORANGE  |  JUNIPER  |  COCKTAIL  |  PINK PALE ALE

We took inspiration from the classic Italian cocktail (vermouth | campari | gin) and have brought out the predominant flavours of orange, grapefruit, botanicals and good bitterness through a combination of Mandarina Bavaria (orange) and Pacifica (fruit) hops and brewing with orange peel and juniper.

The BBF classic Milk Stout flipped into a pale. White Milk Stout was #3 of 4

WHITE MILK STOUT

SMOOTH CREAMY PALE ALE

Stout is a creamy, smooth and full-flavoured style. We have brought these characteristics into this pale using lactose alongside a strong Maris Otter, Vienna and Oat malt bill, bringing that creamy full body goodness.

Vanilla, cacao and coffee bean additions during the brew packs in those classic sweet stout flavours.

We’ve baked up something special for you.

Chateaux Special from Belgium on the malt bill brings a decadent nut and plum backbone.

Then we hit with the massive additions of cacao nibs and 100 kg of raspberry for big aroma and character with a deep chocolate finish.
